Official hotels were selected after carefully considering several factors including distance from the venue, security, moderate price, convenient traffic situation, etc. In order to secure a reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system. http://www.iame2022.org/info/accommodation As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After August 31, 2022 room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.

2nd Extension of Deadline of Early Bird Registration: August 5, 2022

The Conference has extended the deadline of Early Bird Registration from August 5, 2022 to July 31, 2022.

You can complete Online Registration at the "My Page" section of the website after doing Login.

You can print out an official receipt and invitation letter after the registration.
